Delete your
account
You can ask us to delete your DropOwl account and the personal data associated with it. The request is handled by email.

Tell us which account to remove.
Send an email from the address linked to your DropOwl account. Include your DropOwl username and use DropOwl account deletion as the subject. Please do not include your password or sign-in codes.

After verification, we’ll remove your account and associated personal data from active DropOwl systems, except where retention is required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
If you can’t access the email address on your account, explain that in your request. We may ask for other information to verify account ownership. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not submit a deletion request.
